There is a very good chance I will never land on one kind of painting style!! It's just to darned much fun trying new things!

Every day is a new experiment! This one was done with taking paint away and seeing what was left beneath the surface, then outlined in gold paint. Fun to see what the results is. Cheers!

Every so often I venture into the "woods". I like my woods as I don't need bug spray and it's always a cool breeze and a lovely day! ;-) My woods have changed over time. It's fun to experiment and see where the trees take me!

I usually don't start out knowing what I'm going to paint, seems it's more fun that way! This one ended up to be a flag. Love when that happens! (40 x 60)

Cheers to all of those here for the super bowl and also to all the hearty Minnesotan's hosting it! What a lot of preparations! I hope it's a fantastic time and I hope people and the world will get a glimpse at what keeps us warm and makes us tick here in Minnesota. One thing that keeps me warm is painting in my studio! Stop on in if you are in town! We are open Thursday 10am -9pm, (several artists will be here tonight as it's the first Thursday of the month) Friday 10-5 and Saturday 10-5.
